NIU offers faculty, staff, and students access to the powerful suite of creative tools included in Adobe Creative Cloud, like Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere, In Design, Illustrator, and more at no cost.  

Adobe Sign is an electronic signature solution that can streamline the signing process by allowing individuals to electronically sign documents from any location. It is one of several solutions available at NIU for electronic signatures.

Adobe Creative Campus 

In Fall 2023, Adobe declared Northern Illinois University a Creative Campus. NIU is only the second university in Illinois to hold this distinction.  

Being named a Creative Campus recognizes NIU’s commitment to digital literacy and to teaching creative and persuasive digital communication skills. The University has demonstrated a pledge to achieving strategic goals and student outcomes related to digital literacy, including integration of Adobe Creative Cloud into cross-disciplinary curricula as well as collaborations with other institutions sharing content and best practices.
