- DoIT's training specialists and knowledge champions have created Knowledge Base articles, face-to-face courses and live webinars in NIU-specific topics like MyNIU (PeopleSoft) and OnBase.
- DoIT also recommends and supports online learning and has contracted with vendors to provide courses and curricula, many of which are free to the NIU community.
